Are all Ahé Naturals' products animal cruelty-free?

Yes. Ahé Naturals is PETA certified cruelty-free, this means that from ingredient to final product, we absolutely are against animal testing.


Does Ahé Naturals sell Vegan skincare products?

Yes we certainly do!

Look out for the PETA Cruelty-Free and Vegan Logo on the back labels of Ahé Naturals' products.

Each product page specifies if it is vegan.

How often should I use my Ahé Naturals' products?

Ahé Naturals skincare products are gentle enough for everyday use. Each individual product page specifies usage intervals.


What is Anti-Pollution?

Pollution can fill your pores with impurities and toxins - causing skin irritation, dryness, dullness, inflammations and clogged pores. Over time, pollution takes its toll on skin and can lead to premature ageing.

Ahé Naturals' combination of potent herbal Anti-Oxidants fight the negative effects of pollution on skin.

What is the noticeable difference between Shampoos with and without Sulfates?

The noticeable difference is that Sulfate-Free Shampoo does not lather / foam up with bubbles like regular shampoo.


How long does it take to see the benefits of organic skincare?

Varies from product to product. Since our products are not packed with chemicals, the effects are more gradual than instant and temporary. You will notice improved texture after the first use, and much more so after 2-3 months of continuous use.


Do I need to perform a patch test before use?

Similar to the way in which people are allergic to natural food items, people can be allergic to natural herbs and skincare. Since not all skin is the same, the best way to check is to perform a patch test - apply a small amount of product on the inner side of your elbow / on your neck beneath your ear before use


What is the meaning of Ahé?

The word Ahé is of Hawaiian origin and means 'softly flowing breeze'.

Do you use Parabens?

No. All our products are paraben-free.


What is the shelf life?

Our products have a shelf life of 2 years, unless otherwise specified on their back labels. Best used 6 months after opening.

What are the Sleep Masks and Pillowcases made of?

Ahé Naturals Sleep Masks and Pillowcases are made of 100% Mulberry Silk.

The Sleep Masks are also filled with 100% Mulberry Silk Floss.


What is Mulberry Silk?

Silk is a natural, hypo-allergenic fibre. Mulberry Silk is the highest quality of Silk. The Silkworms that feed on mulberry leaves spin cocoons of raw silk fibre known as Mulberry Silk.


How do I care for Ahé Naturals' Silk?

Silk Sleep Mask and Pillowcase Wash Care:

  • Dry clean preferred

  • If necessary, cold hand wash

  • Do not mix with other other colours

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Do not bleach

  • Steam Iron preferred at low heat. If normal iron is used, please set to low heat and place a towel in between.

  • When treated gently, your silk will last longer.

Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for sale. You can sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when the item is back in stock!

Yes. For this you must add items into your shopping bag once you are signed into your account. You can access your shopping bag within your account across platforms. Your shopping bag reflects price and availability on a real time basis. Therefore, it is possible that your item may be out of stock or a price offer may no longer be available as it was at the time you added the item to your bag.
