USER RESPONSIBILITY AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS:
If you use the Website as Registered User, you agree that you are competent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872. ANPL reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Website if it is brought to its notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and Password. You agree, inter-alia, to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Website registration form or provided by You as a Visitor or user of a third-party site through which You access the Website. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with the User Agreement, ANPL has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership with the Website and refuse to provide you with access to the Website.

FEES AND OTHER CHARGES:
Currently, membership of the Website is free of any charges. We are also not charging any fee for browsing on the Website. However, ANPL reserves the right to change this policy and apply fee or any other charges for membership or for availing services on the Website at any time without prior notice. All changes made on account of fee and other charges that are made applicable shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws in India for making payments to ANPL

BILLING:
The price of our merchandise as mentioned on ahenaturals.com is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Such MRP shall be inclusive of all local taxes as are applicable in India. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the destination where the order has to be shipped to. The tax rate applied and charged upon the order shall include combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. ANPL reserves the right to collect taxes and/or such other levy/ duty/ surcharge that it may have to incur in addition to the normal taxes it may have to pay. We may also charge Delivery Charges which may include postal charges/ shipment charges etc. that may be applicable for your country.

GIFT CARD POLICY:
E-Gift Cards bought on our website can only be redeemed online. one E-Gift Card can be redeemed in one shopping session Partial redemption is not allowed E-Gift Cards are valid till 1 years from the date of purchase ANPL is not responsible if the E-Gift Card is lost or stolen or used without permission If the order value exceeds the gift card amount, the outstanding balance must be paid by debit card/credit card/net banking. E-Gift Card will be sent via email, no physical copy would be mailed separately. E-Gift Card Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

PAYMENTS:
ANPL makes the following payment options available for purchase of products displayed on the Website

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible and take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to the User out of the decline due to:
lack of authorization for any transaction/s,
or exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank/s",
or any payment issues arising out of the transaction,
or decline of transaction for any reason/s.
All payments made against the purchases/services on the Website by the User shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees. ANPL does not accept any other form of currency with respect to the purchases.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security, or proper administration of the service.

REPORT ABUSE AND TAKE DOWN POLICY:
In the event the Website or any User becomes aware of any objectionable content on the Website including but not limited to violation of privacy, misuse of personal information or violation of any IPR, in violation of these Terms then, the Website, by itself or upon receipt of a communication from any of its Users, without any prior notice take down such objectionable content from the Website. APPLICABLE LAW:
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matters arising herefrom.

RELATIONSHIP AND EXCLUSIVITY:

Nothing in these Terms shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture, agency or the like between the parties hereto or confer on any party any authority to bind the other party or to contract in the name of the other party or to incur any liability or obligation on behalf of the other party.
