1. Mango Monday

Is it even summer without mangoes? With just 3 ingredients, this creamy Mango smoothie is perfect for summertime. All you need is 1 fresh mango, 1/2 cup milk, we used almond milk but regular milk is absolutely perfect as well, 1 banana, some crushed ice. And that’s it, blend them all together until creamy!
Secret tip to get that chilled smoothie texture: a couple of hours before you’re ready to make the smoothie, peel, cut and freeze the mangoes and the banana.

2. Berry Tuesday

This is the ultimate mid-morning smoothie, power-packed with the goodness of berries, banana and coconut water, this recipe is so simple to make. It’s healthy and satisfies your sweet tooth without the guilt. All you need is 1 cup of your berries of choice, we're using strawberries and blueberries, 1/2 cup coconut water, 1 frozen banana and some crushed ice as needed. Hit blend until smooth, to get a delightful berry ice-cream-like smoothie.

3. Pineapple Cucumber Wednesday

Wednesdays are the hardest and so we got you a super easy, super refreshing smoothie to look forward to. Pineapple gives you vitamin C and Cucumber gives you vitamin K. This smoothie comes with a citrus blast to get you through those mid-week blues. In your blender add 1 cup of sliced pineapple chunks, half a squeezed lemon, 1 sliced cucumber, 5-7 mint leaves, crushed ice.
As a variation, try adding celery!

4. Greener Thursday

Had waffles for breakfast? Or munched on way too many chips? Balance it out with this super nutritious spinach smoothie, which is full of vitamins and minerals. Spinach is also known to be a good source of protein, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.

Green smoothies on Instagram look incredibly inviting but it’s hard to make them tasty, isn't it? This is our go-to for a tasty green smoothie.

You’ll need 1 cup of baby spinach leaves, 1 green apple / red apple, 1/2 cup of celery sticks, 1/2 cup of kale, 1 cup of pineapple chunks, coconut water and crushed ice as needed for smooth blending, 1/2 carrot crushed fine, 1-2 tbsp combination of pre-mashed sunflower seeds, flaxseeds and melon seeds. Give it a try, it’ll leave you wanting for more!

5. Cocoa Nut Friday

Of course, we saved the best for last. This smoothie is our all-time favorite when we're craving chocolate. It’s simple, easy to make and requires only a handful of ingredients. Have it as a sweet breakfast or as a min-day dessert. This smoothie fits in everywhere! All you need are 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder or dark chocolate powder, peanut butter, 1 cup of the milk of your choice, we used almond milk for the nutty flavor, a dash of cinnamon and 1 frozen banana. You can add in half a handful of walnuts or almonds, if peanuts aren’t your favorite. Hit blend until the smoothie looks thick and creamy. Pure indulgence!
